Terms & Conditions This website is owned by Níu Nuddstofa ehf. By purchasing a product on www.niunuddstofa.is you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

“Gift Card” / “Voucher” / “Electronic Gift Card” means a prepaid certificate issued by Níu Nuddstofa ehf that entitles the holder to massage services at our shop. • “Holder” means the person who possesses or redeems the Gift Card. “Issuer”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Níu Nuddstofa ehf.

2. Purchase & Activation

Gift Cards and Vouchers are available in physical and electronic form and can be purchased directly at our shop or through our official sales channels. Each Gift Card becomes active only after full payment is received.

3. Validity & Expiration

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is clearly marked on the Gift Card or Voucher. After expiry, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed, and any unused value is forfeited.

4. Use & Redemption

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for massage services provided at Níu Nuddstofa ehf. Gift Cards must be used in one single purchase. Any unused balance is not carried over. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

5. Transferability

Gift Cards are transferable and may be given to another person. The person presenting the Gift Card for redemption will be treated as the rightful holder.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Gift Cards are generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered under certain conditions, such as: If a Gift Card was purchased in error and is unused, and the request is made within 14 days of purchase. If services become permanently unavailable at Níu Nuddstofa ehf. Refunds, if approved, will only be made to the original purchaser and through the original payment method.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

Níu Nuddstofa ehf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use after issuance. Replacement may be considered at our sole discretion if proof of purchase can be provided.

8. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or deactivate any Gift Card suspected of being obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the Gift Card. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of Gift Cards.

10. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Iceland. Consumers retain all rights provided under Icelandic consumer protection law. Any disputes may be submitted to the Icelandic Consumer Agency (Neytendastofa) or the competent courts in Iceland.

11. Amendments

Níu Nuddstofa ehf may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published with reasonable notice on our website or at our shop.
